How It Works

Three kinds of patients walk through this door β€” here's exactly how to start, depending on which one you are.

CHIROPRACTIC PATIENTS β€” BOOK RIGHT AWAY

No phone call, no referral, no waiting. Head to our booking page, choose the New Patient Exam & Treatment, and pick a time. Your first visit is a full 60 minutes: a real conversation about your history, a thorough exam, and treatment the same day β€” full-spine adjustment plus the soft tissue work your body needs, whether that's myofascial release, cupping, or instrument-assisted therapy. You'll leave knowing what's going on, what the plan is, and what it costs: $195 for the first visit, with every price listed openly on the booking page.

After that, sessions are booked by what your body needs:

Follow-up chiropractic visits by length β€” a focused 15-minute visit for maintenance, or 30 and 45-minute sessions when your body needs more hands-on work.

Private clinical reformer Pilates β€” a 50-minute one-on-one session on the reformer, built around rehab and strength, never a group class.

The extended session β€” roughly 60 minutes combining chiropractic bodywork with reformer and movement exercise prescription in a single visit. The most complete option when your body needs both the hands-on work and the retraining that makes it hold.

Every option and price is listed openly on the booking page.

We work with most PPO plans β€” text us before your first visit and we'll check your benefits for free. (HMO and Kaiser plans don't apply.)

CAR ACCIDENT PATIENTS β€” TEXT US FIRST

Don't wait for symptoms to settle in, and don't wrestle with insurance alone. Text us before you book: we'll find out whether your auto policy includes MedPay β€” medical payments coverage that typically pays for chiropractic care with no deductible and no copay, no matter whose fault the accident was β€” and we'll handle the billing side for you.

We also accept personal injury cases. If you're working with an attorney after an accident, we're happy to coordinate directly with their office, provide the thorough documentation your case needs, and treat you on a lien basis so cost never stands between you and getting care.

Either way, your care looks like every session here: a thorough exam that documents your injuries properly, full hands-on treatment, and a recovery plan that adds movement and strength work as you heal. Your only job is recovering.

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE PATIENTS β€” START WITH A FREE DISCOVERY CALL

Step 1 β€” The Discovery Call (free). A short conversation to make sure my approach fits your case before you invest in anything. No labs, no commitment β€” just an honest talk about what's going on and whether I can help.

Step 2 β€” The Initial Visit. A comprehensive health history: your current symptoms and goals, your family history, your birth and childhood health, and everything leading up to today. From there, we choose the laboratory testing that fits your case β€” testing that maps your complete metabolic and biochemical terrain, well beyond a standard panel.

Step 3 β€” The Report of Findings. We meet to review your results together, in plain language. Because the goal is optimal function rather than simply "normal" results, I evaluate your labs closely to uncover what's actually driving how you feel β€” then build a treatment plan tailored to you: targeted nutrition and supplement therapies, exercise and bodywork, stress reduction, and more.

Step 4 β€” Follow-Up & Retesting. Your follow-up schedule depends on your case β€” visits are 30 or 60 minutes, and retesting confirms healing is on track while we build your unique baseline over time, one of the most powerful tools in preventive health.

Functional medicine services are self-pay, with payment due at time of service β€” every cost is reviewed transparently before you commit, and every visit price is listed on the booking page.

NOT SURE WHICH YOU ARE?

Text us at (949) 447-7545 and we'll point you to the right starting place β€” it takes two minutes.
