The Second Visit: Report of Findings - Dr. Stefanski, DC meets with the patient to discuss test results. She considers optimal function, which requires a more critical assessment of lab test results to uncover the underlying factors of disease. At this point, Dr. Stefanski, DC prescribes lifestyle modifications unique to each patient. Her lifestyle treatment plans include: nutrition and supplements therapies, exercise and bodywork, stress reduction and more. Functional laboratory evaluations and scientific nutritional therapies are powerful tools for healing imbalances, as well as for prevention of illness. One must be pro-active in their health in order to preserve that health and avoid illness.
Follow up visits: the frequency and number of visits depends on the patient’s individual case and will be recommended during the report of findings and may be modified over the course of the treatment. Healing is a partnership and the patient must be willing to commit and do his or her part. Follow-up visits will require retesting and review to ensure healing is taking place and patient goals are being met.
